Today's run was awesome I beat my usual time by over 8 minutes! I felt awesome and ran a lot more and longer-despite the fact that I didn't sleep a wink all night due to a combination of excedrin for my migraine and an amazing book-hopefully I spent all my energy and will take a good nap before work | Add Comment |

| | Turns out I've been running further than I thought I was-my brother measured the distance for me and it didn't seem right so I remeasured it-he had told me the wrong number, but got the same distance.
