Today's run was kind of hard-I started getting cold chills-otherwise I felt great

the cold chills from yesterday's run turned into the flu-and almost passing out at work-today I stuck with the elliptical and bike and barely made it-I'll see how I feel tomorrow but I might take another day off from running

I felt really good today and ran 6.15 out of the 7.5 and never felt out of breath-only a little tired from the flu :)

Did the elliptical for a half hour, then lifted weights, then walked a mile while I was waiting for my dad to finish. Great rest day!

Today was my first long run, I wasn't sure if I could make myself do it, but I did! It took me 87 min 33 sec. and I ran 8.5 out of the 10.

Today I only planned on doing 11 miles, but I felt really good so I thought I might as well see if I could do a half marathon-it took me 1:55:51 and I could still walk so I call that a success!

Today was harder than my run Saturday even though it was 5 miles shorter-tomorrow will be an easy day I think

Felt better than Monday's run-except I played tennis yesterday so I was sore in all the muscles I never use so my run didn't feel great ha ha

Holy cow I didn't think I'd make it-especially when I was done at mile 4, but the thought of doing it tomorrow made me keep going

felt pretty good today-I've had trouble walking the past week because of my hip flexer so I took three days off last week and did the elliptical instead-which made me feel rested today, even after 8 hours on my feet lifting at work
