the cold chills from yesterday's run turned into the flu-and almost passing out at work-today I stuck with the elliptical and bike and barely made it-I'll see how I feel tomorrow but I might take another day off from running | Add Comment |

I felt really good today and ran 6.15 out of the 7.5 and never felt out of breath-only a little tired from the flu :) | Add Comment |

Did the elliptical for a half hour, then lifted weights, then walked a mile while I was waiting for my dad to finish. Great rest day! | Add Comment |

felt pretty good today-I've had trouble walking the past week because of my hip flexer so I took three days off last week and did the elliptical instead-which made me feel rested today, even after 8 hours on my feet lifting at work | Add Comment |
