did it in 76-77 minutes, the treadmill had a type .2 error at 56 minutes so everything's give or take .10 or 1 minute-felt great at the end of a loooooooong day

a little less than 94 minutes-holy cow was I tired-ran 62 at 8:06 which was a miracle

ran 55 minutes at an 8:06 pace-it took me 71:25-getting faster. I just registered for the SLC marathon in April!!!
