I talked myself off the treadmill onto the elliptical-then off the elliptical a half hour early. I can be quite convincing when I don't want to be there.

I ran it in 2:23:35 so not too bad! I felt really good and ran 101 minutes out of it all. I tried my first goo/gu? today-I thought it was extemely good, but not something I wanted to eat while running-a little too thick. Next week 17

First morning I didn't take ibuprofen before my run and I felt really good-my foot only twinges now.

it took me about 2:41:00 and I ran 116 minutes of it at a 8:27 pace. I felt great-I think I can actually pull off a marathon!

I think I could have done 6.2 more and lived! I felt really good I ran 2:24 at a 8:20 pace and it took me 3:03:45ish. I thought I'd lost a toenail about mile 18 but after my run it was still there-so I'm pretty happy!

I donated blood around noon-I thought I'd feel fine by six but after 3 miles I was done. I could have kept going but tomorrow I'm doing hills so I want to feel good!

Today I drove to Providence and found a hill, I went to the top and measured a mile down, then I ran/mostly walked up and down it four times. My sister recommended that I get some experience running downhill since the TOU is downhill. I forgot how beautiful Logan is-except for a freaking huge snake that I saw! I hope once I get acclimated and recoop from my blood donation I'll feel better.

The run was pretty good. I thought I wouldn't make it because I've been so tired and blah this week. I kept hitting the reset button on the treadmill with what appears to be a huge stomach so I had to watch the miles and add-so I have no idea how long this took me-less than 3 hours though-and without gu!

It must have been the cookies I ate for breakfast, but holy cow I never ever get a sideache, so I struggled through it but still cut a few seconds off per mile. I just hope I live through the marathon
