The run's getting better I'm still running at a 7.2 rather than my usual 7.7 because of my hip flexer, but it's up from 6.5 so I'm happy-hopefully it'll keep getting better!

I felt well enough to try 15, but I got called in to work tonight and I didn't want to be dead when I still had 8 1/2 hours on my feet to go. Otherwise, I think my hip's finally healing-it feels more exhausted than painful when I walk now!

On Wednesday I decided it'd be best if I took the rest of the week off running and just do the elliptical and bike, but I walked a mile today, man do I miss running

I ran for the first time in over a week! My foot didn't hurt too bad after work last night so I decided to try running today, but I didn't want to overdo it because I work again tonight. I'm just glad it's starting to heal!!!

Ran a lot more today than yesterday, six mile took me one minute more than the 5 took me yesterday-I just need to build up my leg muscle again!

I took the past two days off and did the elliptical/bike-I was too tired from working all night. However, I did another half marathon-next week will be my first 15 miler-good thing I don't mind walking!
