The run's getting better I'm still running at a 7.2 rather than my usual 7.7 because of my hip flexer, but it's up from 6.5 so I'm happy-hopefully it'll keep getting better! | Add Comment |

I felt well enough to try 15, but I got called in to work tonight and I didn't want to be dead when I still had 8 1/2 hours on my feet to go. Otherwise, I think my hip's finally healing-it feels more exhausted than painful when I walk now! | Comments(1) |
