| | I ran today! I walked/ran and didn't feel any pain-good sign! 34 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 41 bike-It was a long day so I cut it short by a half hour :)

| | This was the hardest day I've had in awhile. I didn't want to be at the gym at all and about quit 20 minutes into my workout. But I managed to bike for an hour, elliptical for 21 and walked for 29 minutes. I gave up with 10 minutes left and will just add it to my workout tomorrow since it's only an hour.
