I ran today! I walked/ran and didn't feel any pain-good sign! 

34 treadmill, 15 elliptical, 41 bike-It was a long day so I cut it short by a half hour :)

A little tiny bit of an ache this morning in my leg-but it felt great as the day went on, I didn't today so I can run tomorrow. 49 elliptical 71 bike-great books always help

I walked on an incline for 35-it took me 10 to remember how to shorten my stride haha, then walked for 15 more. bike 60 elliptical 10. My leg hurts so I might lay off running and just walk uphill :(

This was the hardest day I've had in awhile. I didn't want to be at the gym at all and about quit 20 minutes into my workout. But I managed to bike for an hour, elliptical for 21 and walked for 29 minutes. I gave up with 10 minutes left and will just add it to my workout tomorrow since it's only an hour. I can't wait for the weekend!!!!!

30 minutes running/30 walking, 50 bike, 10 elliptical. Two classes were canceled so I was able to go at 7 this morning-it was nice not to be tired and hungry and I felt great.

I ran 8!!!! I ran for 45 minutes at 6.7(or about 5 miles) and walked the rest but it only took me 86 minutes. So that meant 33 less than usual at the gym!!!!
