my dad reinstated our gym pass yesterday so I ventured back. 24:07 treadmill-ran 1 of the miles, 30 elliptical, 36 bike. Felt good to break a sweat again!

Oh it feels good to be back! I'm still a little tired from all the moving, so I took it easy today. I ran at least 1 1/2 and walked the rest-in a few days hopefully I'll start adjusting to the altitude!
