Feeling so much better! I'm done with student teaching and had my first day back at harmons-so 8 hours on my feet and a 2 mile walk without too much pain!!!!

today I "ran" :) I managed 1 1/2 minute intervals=15 minutes of "running" at 5.0. took me 71 minutes to do 5. Progress! I've been afraid to even walk fast for so long I feel great-though a little hurty
