| | 70:01! I took Fri and Sat off because of caselot at work-man I felt like I had done squats for 18 hours. Felt great today-ran at 6:30 am |
| | On my sister's recommendation I'm going to try to do "speed work" so today I ran: 2 minutes-8:06 pace (my usual) 2 minutes-7:08 pace 3/4 minutes-13:38 recovery pace I did this over an hour with the last two intervals just being walk two, fast two-I'm tired from work so this is all I could manage :)
