Took me 2:57:50 ran 2:12 of it. I felt great! Well kinda-my legs were seriously lactic acid burning around an hour and fifty minutes, but I didn't want to give in so I kept going-next time I might have to make myself eat gu or drink gatorade

85:57 ran 70 of it and my leg didn't really hurt. My first couple of miles my fingers and toes were tingling ut my lungs started working and I felt better

It's frustrating that my leg hurts again, I could run for hours and hours without complaining if only my leg didn't break down so fast!!!!!!!! Ahhhh, oh well I just walked 8 minutes today with the rest on elliptical/bike and am taking tomorrow off of it as well in hopes it'll be a bit better Monday. I don't want to injure myself horribly before the marathon

75:20, 48 minutes running. My leg feels good, but my back's a littlte out-it started burning and my whole leg went numb. but I'm happy about that because it usually goes back in within a week-nothing horrible like a stress fracture

I think I have a pinched sciatic nerve so I've been sticking with the bike/elliptical the past few days. An hour each day-as soon as my bulging disk goes down I'll be up and running!

51 elliptical, 27 bike, 12 walking slow. My disk is still bulging-it's never been this bad before, so walking/limping it is. On the bright side all of my tender spots on my shins are healed!

went to the dr and found out a have a pinched sciatic nerve! yay! that means I should be up and running in a week or so-today I walked for 35 minutes, did the elliptical for 10 and biked for 27
