73, I did speedwork today so 800 at 8.5 and walked 400 at 4.4-it felt really good and not too fast.

really really didn't want to run today, but I stuck it out for 60 minutes and came home. I got into the groove. My leg's a little sore so I am going to force myself to stay completely off the treadmill 'til Saturday and stick to the bike.
