73, I did speedwork today so 800 at 8.5 and walked 400 at 4.4-it felt really good and not too fast.
20 minutes treadmill, 40 elliptical
30 treadmill, 18 running-30 elliptical. I have a "hot spot" on my leg that I'm going to try to rehabilitate before it's a full blown pain
21 treadmill, 20 elliptical. I had a night class so I had to cut it short. I'm still debating on whether I'll do a long run Saturday. I guess I'll see how it's doing :)
33 treadmill, 10 stairstepper. Today sucked so I quit early and went home and ate a lot, it was a lot better!
30 treadmill on hills, 60 on bike
