Running hurts after walking and lifting for 6 hours at work, I think I'll keep running before work from now on!

yeah! a picture! i like it. so what exactly do you do for work that requires 6 hours of walking and lifting? sounds intense...but healthy!

I work at a grocery store in the dairy, cashiering, and grocery and so I'm lifting boxes of stuff and running around stocking, finding items, etc. I love it, but it's tiring.
