I talked myself off the treadmill onto the elliptical-then off the elliptical a half hour early. I can be quite convincing when I don't want to be there.
I ran it in 2:23:35 so not too bad! I felt really good and ran 101 minutes out of it all. I tried my first goo/gu? today-I thought it was extemely good, but not something I wanted to eat while running-a little too thick. Next week 17
