2:17:38ish-felt great ran 112 of the minutes which means I walked 25, not too bad considering I am tired. :)
woke up at six and decided to get the gym over with. 13 minutes treadmill, 12 bike, 35 elliptical. My legs were tired from yesterday but warmed up
