15 treadmill, 15 stair stepper, 15 elliptical, 30 bike, 15 treadmill. I was extremely happy to get out of there after that!

19 running. Holy cow it was hard today. I think it's a combination of a migraine, out of shapeness, and running outside.

started helping out with track today. Ran 6-100's and walked 6-100's.

went to the gym, biked 11:42 and ran 15 more minutes at 7.5 and walked the rest of the 6 miles.

went to track and dug out the long jump pit. Went to the gym and walked 20 minutes and biked 40-good day

600 meters on the track-2:30. I really enjoy being back out there with kids. I finished at they gym with 5.63-running 18:30 at 7.5/ took 61:17 minutes

woke up at 5:30 and went walking with a friend for a mile 'til they gave up

went to the gym this afternoon.  52 minutes on the treadmill-5.02 and ran 21 of those at a 7.5

tried to bike-only lasted a minute :)

 evening: in the midst of eating a chocolate milkshake my friend wanted to go walking. So we did around 3.25-I think more but I'm not sure.

ran 13 straight at 6.5 on treadmill-hamstring strained-and walked the rest of the 4 and 13 elliptical
