44 treadmill, 16 bike-my cold has me pretty beat-we'll see if I can run tomorrow
2 ish miles at the track-I have a hard time keeping track
ran 29 minutes-did 6 miles in 59:38 and just had to finish the hour
1 mile walk tonight
30 treadmill-30 bike and some track that I didn't keep track of
ran 29 minutes-total of 59:40 for 6 miles, walked another 20 seconds. I thought I was dehydrated, so I chugged 2 quarts of Gatorade. Pretty sure I am/was :)
