would've walked but I took an excedrin on an empty stomach-still shaky-so I sat on the bike for an hour and corrected papers.

I ran! I ran! I ran! and while it was only for 12 minutes at a 7 on the treadmill it felt great! I finished the six in 72:21
30 minutes treadmill, 30 bike-a tad bit sore-but I'm running tomorrow!
ran another 12 minutes today-finished in 71 somethingish. My foot's a little tender-I'm not sure if I'm psyching myself out or not. So I'll wait and see. In the meantime it feels good!
